If there is leftover brown bread, yeast can be skipped. Crackers are poured with plain water, left for several days. The resulting solution is filtered, and it can be used to water garden crops. A glass of simple yeast for baking must be filled with a liter of water. Immediately before feeding, the volume of the resulting solution is brought to a ten-liter bucket.
